Securing your future finances
Securing your future finances is pivotal to Aro and that’s why after three months with us, those who are eligible will be automatically enrolled into the Royal London Pension Scheme. The automatic individual contribution is 5% and we’ll match your contributions by up to 3% of your basic salary.

Aro has a number of incentive and bonus schemes to keep you aiming high, but your job role will determine which one you’re eligible for. Bonuses can be paid monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually and are calculated based on your performance, your team’s performance and the overall company performance.
Quit the five day commute
Does your productivity differ between the office and home? Well, that’s why we value flexible home working. There are many roles where home working is an option and those that are eligible must work from the office for a minimum two days a week. Approval from your line manager is required.
Protecting your loved ones
While you’re an employee at Aro we make sure your loved ones are financially taken care of if anything happens to you. The life assurance benefit will pay out two times your annual salary amount (tax-free) to your nominated beneficiary in the event of your death.
Your health matters
After you’ve been with us for one month, you’ll be eligible to receive the Westfield Health Cash Plan. This gives you an annual allowance towards the cost of routine healthcare treatments, such as dental, optical, therapy and consultations.
Holiday buy and sell scheme
You read it right, you have the option to buy extra holiday days or sell some of your existing allowance twice a year. You can buy or sell a maximum of two days over a 12-month period. You’ll pay for extra days from your gross salary over six months.
Cycle to work scheme
Great for your health and great for the environment, cycling to work is an all round winner. The cycle to work salary sacrifice scheme allows you to hire a bike using money out of your gross salary before income tax is deducted. As an employee, you could save from 32% to 42% through lower tax and National Insurance (NI) contributions over a two-year term.
